The Portland Press Herald published an interactive map showcasing new construction activity on Portland’s Peninsula. The City of Portland’s planning report from 2015 suggested 8,000 units should be added by 2030 to to keep up with housing demands.  The India Street neighborhood continues to thrive and has gained a total of 191 new homes in the last 10 years, with 69 under construction. To learn more about our current India Street condominium project, click here.
