Reger Dasco Properties is a Portland-based partnership between Gordon Reger, Principal of Reger Holdings in West Seneca, NY, Demetri Dasco, Principal of Atlas Investment Group in Boston, MA and Joseph Dasco, Principal of Boulder Hill Development in western Massachusetts. Reger Dasco Properties has extensive experience with real estate investments, high-quality residential developments and mixed-use projects.

Joseph Dasco
Principal

Joe started his career with Arthur Andersen and Company, a global accounting and consulting firm where he earned his CPA certification. Along with one of his Arthur Andersen associates, Joe later purchased AV Associates Inc., an Arthur Andersen client located in Storrs, CT. Together, they grew the multi-media/communications business from $2.5 million annual revenues to a $40 million business serving the large-scale needs of its Fortune 100 clients. Joe and his partner later sold the business to MCSI, a NASDAQ listed company. Joe then founded and continues to operate Boulder Hill Development, a boutique design-build real estate development and construction company located in western Massachusetts. Joe is also responsible for the day to day operations at Reger Dasco Properties.

Gordon J. Reger
Principal

Gordon’s career path began with Marc Equity Corporation, where he headed the company’s new residential development division. His responsibilities included overseeing land development and new residential construction in western New York. Gordon also worked on numerous condominium conversions and new residential construction projects in Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Texas. Later in his career, as CEO of Reger Holdings, Gordon became involved in the redevelopment of historic buildings into luxury residences in Boston’s Back Bay. One of his most notable projects was the Gateway Terraces, a premier, 230,000 sf, mixed-use development in the city’s South End. Gordon led every aspect of the project, from concept to land acquisition, development, and retail sell-off.

Demetrios J. Dasco
Principal

Demetri established Atlas Investment Group in 2001 and currently oversees development acquisitions, construction management, and investment operations of the company’s real estate portfolio. Under his leadership, Atlas has created transformational housing and retail opportunities, building strong, thriving, and diverse communities working in partnership with neighborhoods, residents, businesses and community groups. Demetri brings more than 25 years of experience to commercial real estate and development. Prior to founding Atlas Investment Group, Demetri was co-founder and president of his own specialty construction firm. Under his leadership, it grew into one of Boston’s premier construction restoration companies.
