We’re just weeks away from breaking ground on what promises to be a key connection within the Portland penninsula.

Hobson’s Landing is designed to be Maine’s most welcoming coastal community. Its integration of residences, restaurants, and shops will complement the urban plan that led to the Old Port’s remarkable success. This seaside landmark will be positioned within walking distance of that district, the working waterfront, and so much more that our city has to offer.
